At Fanberg Auctions, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase when the asset is returned in its original condition. Please note: refunds are void if the buyer causes any damage to the asset.

1 Rejection Process

Notify our customer service team before 5 PM EDT within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. We'll guide you through the return process efficiently. Contact us immediately to initiate your return or exchange.

2 Return Exceptions

For your protection and ours, we cannot accept returns for:

• Vehicles modified from their original state
• Assets currently serving as loan collateral
• Damage resulting from accidents

3 Refund Process

We process refunds immediately upon receiving returned items. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. We appreciate your patience and are committed to making this process as smooth as possible.
